  • Health coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you set and reach your personal health goals. Using motivational interviewing and evidence-based strategies, I partner with you to make sustainable lifestyle changes for improved health and wellbeing.

  • I work with adults in Rochester and across New York State who are living with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, weight concerns, or who are navigating life after cancer treatment.

  • As a health coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I work alongside your existing healthcare team to help you apply your doctor’s recommendations and make lasting lifestyle changes. Coaching is about accountability, motivation, and creating a plan that works for you.

  • Sessions are typically conducted virtually via secure video conferencing, making it easy for you to connect from anywhere in New York State. Local in-person sessions are  available at Rochester office. 

  • First session lasts about 60 -90 minutes. The follow up sessions last 45-60 minutes.  We begin by checking in on your progress, then focus on your current challenges and goals. Together, we create a personalized action plan with clear, realistic steps you can take before the next session.

  • Yes. You may begin with a Foundations Bundle (6 sessions over 3 months) or choose a Membership Plan for ongoing support. Memberships offer more flexibility, continuous messaging support, and tiered options depending on your needs.

  • For bundles, sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, and early termination may incur a $100 administrative fee. For memberships, there is a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you may cancel before your next billing cycle.

Services & Rates

  • Initial Session: 75-90 min, $300

    Follow-Up (single): 45-60 min, $200

  • The 6-session coaching package is $1,100 and includes one session approximately every two weeks, along with one secure check-in between each session to help maintain momentum and support your progress. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase to reserve your coaching space. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. This bundle is designed for full completion; however, if you must discontinue early, completed sessions will be charged at the single-session rate of $200 each, and any remaining balance will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • Essential Membership — $200/month

    • 1 × 45-60-minute coaching session per month

    Premium Membership — $350/month

    • 2 × 45-60-minute coaching sessions per month

    • messaging support between sessions

    VIP Membership — $450/month

    • 3 × 45-60-minute coaching sessions per month

    • messaging support between sessions

    Cancellation Policy (applies to all tiers)

    • A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

    • Memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle after the 3-month minimum.

    • If canceled early, a $100 administrative fee will be applied.

    • No refunds or prorated refunds for billing cycles are already in progress.

    Clients may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time.

    The change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
