  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing, scheduling, or participating in services provided by Sonamu Health Coaching (“Practice”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or services.

  1. Separate and Distinct Practice

Sonamu Health Coaching is a separate and distinct practice from my medical practice. Although I am a licensed physician, services provided through Sonamu Health Coaching are offered solely in my capacity as a health coach and not as a physician.

Participation in coaching services does not establish a physician–patient relationship.

  1. No Medical Services or Medical Advice

Sonamu Health Coaching does not provide medical services, including but not limited to medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or management of medical conditions.

All services are educational and lifestyle-focused in nature. Information provided through coaching, written materials, courses, or communications is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical care.

Clients are solely responsible for seeking appropriate medical care from their own licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

  1. Client Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in coaching services.
• You are responsible for your own health decisions.
• You will consult your physician before making significant changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle.
• You assume all risks associated with implementing lifestyle changes discussed during coaching.

Sonamu Health Coaching makes no representations or warranties regarding specific health outcomes.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to scheduling or receiving services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.

  1. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, Sonamu Health Coaching is not providing medical services and may not be subject to HIPAA in the context of coaching services.

Information may be disclosed if required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, programs, handouts, and resources provided by Sonamu Health Coaching are the intellectual property of Sonamu Health Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonamu Health Coaching disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in coaching services or use of this website.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

  1. Modifications

Sonamu Health Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
